Elaboration of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial 1995
Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial 1995
The archetypal Moët & Chandon marque. A harmonious blend of all three grape varietals and reserve wines, Brut Impérial is a subtle, drier-styled champagne.
Color: Pale yellow with shades of green.
Aroma: Delicately vinous with a lime and vine blossom attack.
Palate: Predominantly Pinot characteristics. Very ample on the palate, discreet finish.
Food Pairing: An apértif wine; accompanies fish dishes, as well.
How to serve
Moët & Chandon has been lying in the heart of the French region, Champagne, for more than two centuries. With the mountain of Reims in front and the Marne valley to the west, the landscape is striving since then to enhance this unique land with its roundabout 800 hectares of vines, maintained by 250 winegrowers.More about the Winery
Reviews of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial 1995
Deep colour at first sight. Mixed aromas of yeast and bakery. Pleasant, well-balanced.
A wine of Moët & Chandon will improve any meal.
My boss gifted to me.
The had a very deep color. Good yeast aromas enhance a wine's bouquet. It tasted like licorice.
