TASTING NOTES OF Louis Roederer Théophile:
- View: pale, thin and persistent gold.
- Nose: a rich and subtle bouquet, notes of white flowers, hawthorn.
- Mouth: Frank attack with a creamy structure. perfect balance between structure and Pinot Noir fruit and finesse of Chardonnay.
GRAPES: 33% Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, white meat, fish, cheese.
