Louis Roederer Cristal Rosé 2012
Discover More About Our Products
In 1974, a hundred years after the creation of the iconic Cristal, Jean-Claude Rouzaud created the Cristal Rosé cuvée by selecting old Pinot Noir vines from the Grand Cru of Aÿ, which are now cultivated biodynamically.
Thanks to its exclusive Infusion technique, which consists of adding part of the juice of the Chardonnay grapes to a maceration of Pinot Noir to ferment together, a fresh and complex rosé sparkling wine is obtained, which is also extremely delicate.
Add to that the fact that 2012 was one of the best vintages in the history of Champagne! Do you really need more reasons to try it?

How to serve
A passion for great wines and a desire to compensate for the limits that the "château policy" naturally imposes on the development of Louis Roederer Champagne have, over the years, driven Jean Claude and then Frédéric Rouzaud to acquire an exclusive group of properties around the Champagne House in Reims which, although managed truly independently, share the same philosophy of excellence, and today make up the "Louis Roederer Group".More about the Winery
