Louis Roederer

A passion for great wines and a desire to compensate for the limits that the "château policy" naturally imposes on the development of Louis Roederer Champagne have, over the years, driven Jean Claude and then Frédéric Rouzaud to acquire an exclusive group of properties around the Champagne House in Reims which, although managed truly independently, share the same philosophy of excellence, and today make up the "Louis Roederer Group".

Aroma: Light tones of light and the dark bread. Faint hints of lemon and a minimalist ekinslag. Taste: Steeped taste of grapefruit, red apples, lemon, peach and nectarine. While hints of minerals, chalk and pomelo. Minimalist tons of oak and a very slight touch of caramel. More sweet notes in the middle of the champagne and the more acidic end a vintage that is relatively light in its taste. The structure is a semi-complex with youthful features. Undoubtedly, a vintage that earns good at stored a few more years.

TASTING NOTES:
- View: Louis Rodererer Cristal 2004 shows a sharp golden yellow color, this wine has bright reflections with green and ultra fine effervescence and dynamic.
- Nose: The bouquet is both intense, precise and delicate. Initially dominated by aromas of fresh almonds and sweet flowers, says great subtlety, revealing nuances of ripe and juicy fruit (peach), notes of chocolate (white chocolate) and the aromas of roasted caramelized hazelnuts finely.
- Mouth: The palate is fleshy and tactile, almost caressing. A deliberately low dose can guide the palate more mineral notes resting on a perennial freshness: the wine is definitely more delicate than powerful. This marriage between roundness vinosity one hand, and freshness, vivacity moreover, leads to an elegant precision between structure and finesse, between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
