Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut 2016

Variety: Pinot Black 100% Crus: a dozen wines mainly from South and North areas of the Montagne de Reims - including the famous Côte de Bouzy - are privileged, including raw Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours -sur-Marne. The grapes selected parcels are sorted and de-stemmed before vatting. The maceration lasting 48 to 72 hours following the harvest can extract color and to express all the aromatic richness of Pinot Black. Aging: 5 years minimum.
