TASTING NOTES:
- View: Yellow color with green hues.
- Nose: very fine and alive with floral notes and an interesting complexity, citrus notes, very fresh and salt point.
- Mouth: Flavor notes of white fruit and retronasal bitter orange. Silky freshness persistent long finish.
APPELLATION: Champagne (France).
VINEYARD: Laurent Perrier.
GRAPES: Chardonnay (55%) and Pinot Noir (45%).
AGEING: From these unique vineyards of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, only the cuvée is used. Aging occurs in the cellars for at least 7 to 8 years.
WINE PAIRING: It is recommended to taste with good stew of fish, such as tuna, shellfish, fish sauce, birds, white meats, savory pastries and ham.
