GRAPES: Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Noir (22%) and Pinot Meunier (18%).
AGEING: Matures in stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated in stainless steel tanks. Then they fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal to accompany fish, seafood, shellfish, white meat, rice with meat, sausages and light dishes.
