Jacquart Brut Mosaïque (Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir)
- View: Satin pale yellow with golden nuances and jade highlights. Fine bubbles herald a fresh and fairly rich Champagne.
- Nose: Flowery scents of honeyed, honeysuckle petals, fruit aromas of crushed pear, candied lemon and peach, and soft, creamy notes with biscuit and fresh bread crust unfurl on first pour.
- Palate: Fleshy, fruit-driven weight develops on the palate which is forthright, ethereal and generous.
PAIRING: Prawns Grilled or marinated, Kebabs with sweetbreads, Poached white peaches with merveilles
WINEMAKING: Selection of exceptional vineyards, among which predominate prestigious vineyards of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. The guarantee to have a 20% reserve wines perpetuates our constancy and regularity, and an ageing time over three years, coupled with light dosage (1g / l) to develop complex and harmonious wine.
GRAPES: Chardonnay dominated assembly (35 to 45%), Pinot Noir (30 to 35%), Pinot Meunier (25 to 30%)
