Description of Irroy
- View: bright straw yellow, delicate strings of pearls of the best and persistent bubbles rising carbon dioxide.
- Nose: elegant, expressive bouquet of white flowers (hawthorn), lush and fragrant aroma of fine fruit, candied also notes and pure clays.
- Mouth: fleshy white crystalline soft fruit (pear, white peach), fresh finish with elegant acidity and fine notes of pink grapefruit, very harmonious, an aromatic long finish and perfect balance of lush fruit and finesse.

AGEING: for at the least two years, Champagnes are now maturing in the cellars deep house champagne in your camp heat.
PREPARATION: all grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness, fermented in stainless steel vats and are bottled for a second fermentation, fermentation in the bottle called classical or pizaca mousse.
