Henriot Brut Souverain Magnum (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir)

- Nose: expressive and refreshing, with notes of citrus and yellow fruit. It is full of floral aromas (flower vine, elderflower) and pastries (muffins, toast, toasted almonds).
- Mouth: Fresh and balanced, with notes of pastry, spices (vanilla) and fruit (cherries, candied plums).
PAIRING: Carpaccio of tuna marinated with dill, yogurt and capers. Thin slices of monkfish with saffron cream. Leg of lamb.
