This champagne is the flagship of the house Henriot. It is bright and subtle and magnifies the character of this grape dear to the Henriot family. Chardonnay brings freshness and elegance. Dress golden brown. Expressive nose. Mouth right and nerve with final amplitude. Great success. Serve at 8-10 ° C. After the harvest, pressing carefully. Settling, 1st fermentation at low temperature. Filling and setting drums before assembly. 2nd fermentation, put on racks and on keyboard. Conditioning and égalisage. Finally corking for aging champagne.

The Champagne Brut Souverain symbolizes Henriot. The Brut Souverain Henriot is composed of a balanced proportion of mostly Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir mostly coming from the Montagne de Reims. Champagne Henriot ideal with an aperitif.
