The 2006 vintage was an excellent expression of beautiful maturity, even with the freshness of the fruit and a body with plenty of presence. Gosset Grand Millésime 2006 champagne, with its beautiful bright golden color, evokes a soft tunic, a dress fit for queens, with its fresh and expressive aromas of hawthorn, lilac, wild white flowers and delicate aromas of pear, plum and mirabelle plums. The aroma is broad, greedy with a beautiful vinosity and subtle touches of vanilla. The finish is delicately acidic, which creates this balance of freshness. The perfect blend of 45% Chardonnay, 55% Pinot Noir, Grand and Premier Crus, expresses maturity, fruitiness and body, perfect for fish dishes such as sea bass or scallops, but also with savory white meat dishes. Gosset Grand Millésime 2006, an expressive champagne to enjoy exquisite sensory experiences.

Gosset Grand Millésime 2006

Brut Champagne Gosset Grand Millesime 2006
Maison Gosset
Gosset, the oldest Maison wines of Champagne, born in 1584 in Aÿ by the work of Pierre Gosset.

At that time only two wines had the honor to lay upon the table of the King of France: the wines of Aÿ and the wines of Beaune.

The reputation of the wines of Aÿ was such that Francis I, King of France, built his own cellar to Aÿ, which then became the property of Gosset.

La Maison has been passed down from father to son for fourteen generations until the disposal of the Cointreau family, which took place in the 90s.

The Gosset Champagnes owe their quality to a careful selection of grapes coming from the most prestigious Grands Crus and patient processing in the bottle; there are numerous reserves produced, mainly obtained from black grapes.

The aim of the Maison Gosset is to express the authenticity and nobility of the territory.
Tasting notes

The Champagne has a pale yellow color with golden notes, fine.
Nose: notes of almond, frangipani and honey
Palate: Fragrant and harmonious
Cuvée Millesimata produced only in years when the grapes from the best vineyards of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs is of exceptional quality

The Grand Millésime 2006 Champagne Gosset is a fine and complex. Extremely representative Vintage. intriguing and elegant wine, to be left to mature at the right point. Product 70 000 bottles, definitely one of the Sharpening labels of the House!

Gosset Champagne Brut Grand Millesimè 2004
Clear, luminous, crystalline pale gold spangled with flashes of green sparkle and amber glitter. Bubbles: masses of creamy, frothy sparkle and a constant stream of supremely fine, whirling bubbles. Flow: thin, steady and persistent.

Gosset Grand Millésime Brut 2004
This wine is aptly named: Grand Vintage. A perfect reflection of years of bumper harvests. La Maison Gosset signs here a beautiful 2004 vintage! The palate is fresh, delicate and beautiful complex, offering mineral notes, aromas of green apple, citrus and fresh pineapple, combined with floral notes and summer honey. A champagne with finesse, complexity and precision. the drum is used sparingly.
