TASTING NOTES:

VINEYARD: Drappier. Founded in 1808, Drappier is a family house with a vineyard of 100 hectares. The terroir enjoys excellent exposure and contains rich soils and limestone, suitable for growing Pinot Noir. This allows the house to produce exquisite wines, at the height of the most demanding palates.
GRAPES: 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier
AGING: 5% of the wines are aged in barrels for one year to give body to the wine.
PRODUCTION DETAILS: The first harvest juice is used exclusively.
