Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004

TASTING NOTES OF Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004:

  • View: Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004 has a beautiful bright orange yellow bright copper, with fine and persistent bubbles.
  • Nose: Delicately toast, the nose is delicate and complex. Impeccably elegant, with a delicious drizzle of honey, in the second nose reveals notes of cherries followed by spicy notes.
  • Mouth: This champagne combines freshness pungent odor delclavo with the bitter sweetness of cooked fruit, macerated in alcohol or candied. Tannins are present, with a little blond snuff. A powerful and solidly built mouth, long, with a final long mouth.

GRAPES: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

WINERY: Champagne Ruinart

Ruinart Brut Dom Rosé 2004

I purchased various bottles of Ruinart Brut Dom Rosé 2004 in a supermarket.
Its intense colour attracted me. I loved the smell of baking. It has a slightly sweet taste.

Ruinart Dom Brut Rosé 1988
I especially liked the colour. Light aromas of yeast and bakery. The Ruinart Dom Brut Rosé had been badly kept, because you could taste like ripe grapes.
Good complement to a special meat.
I...

I bought Dom Ruinart Brut Rose on the website of the winery.
It had an intense colour. A Champagne with yeasty aromas. It reveals a kind of salty aftertaste .

Ruinart Dom Brut Rosé 1976
I love to sharing this wine with friends.
A beautiful vivid colour. Good yeast aromas enhance a wine's bouquet. It has a mellow taste of chocolate pudding.
We had it while we waited for the meal,...
