J'ai particulièrement aimé la couleur. Arômes légers de levure de boulanger. Comparé aux précédents, ce Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 1996 n'avait rien d'intéressant.
Il accompagna bien le hors-d'oeuvre.
Un bon vin à partager entre amis.
Je me le suis procuré à la cave.
Attention à la température à laquelle on sert ce vin.

A wine with a nice colour. A wine with clearly projected aromas and flavours, such as yeast. The truth is that I couldn't find any particular flavour.
Great with vegetables and grilled meat.
