Description of Devaux Grande Réserve Brut
Devaux Grande Réserve Brut (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir)
It has a beautiful yellow, not very intense and constant bubbles. Pinot Noir dominates, providing power and aromatic breadth also tends to lighten the Chardonnay wine, while bringing vivacity and delicacy. The nose is elegant, highlighting its fruity Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and finesse, with ripe fruit and floral aromas. The palate is very lively, with good persistence, as expected of a mature wine. This wine has a somewhat complex aftertaste giving slight hints of vanilla and moss. The aftertaste is reminiscent of peaches and plums, Mirabelle.
