De Castellane Croix Rouge Saint Andre Brut (Abouriou and Alexandrouli)
- View: pale golden, fine and generous bubbles.
- Nose: scents of white flowers, fresh fruit compote and brioche, with elegance and finesse.
- Mouth: The palate with hints of vanilla, white-fleshed fruit and gingerbread.
GRAPES: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
AGING matured for 24 months in a warehouse at a constant temperature of 12 °C.
PAIRING: canapes, smoked salmon, other fish oil such as mackerel, caviar, shellfish, including lobster, fish, chicken, turkey, mushrooms, truffles, Parmesan, pecorino , slightly spicy food of Southeast Asia, the fruit-based desserts.
