Bonnet-Gilmert Blanc de Blancs Brut Millesimé 2009 (Chardonnay)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Color light yellow, close to gold, but with touches of green. It foamy.
- Nose: Aromas of white fruits, with a tropical feel like the pineapple and other exotic fruits. The fund had a light touch of vanilla.
- Mouth: It is unctuous texture; however, not in stand end. Extensive end distinguishes all fruit flavors one by one, unified despite what they feel on first impression.
APPELLATION: Champagne.
VINEYARD: Bonnet Gilmert Chapagne.
GRAPES: Chardonnay.
AGEING: In stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: grapes are harvested carefully, but only the best among them will be macerated to the cold. The process takes just a few hours, before proceeding to ferment it obtained in stainless steel tanks. Then a second fermentation takes place. A final, clarified and bottled the result.
WINE PAIRING: Fish, rice, seafood, fresh cheeses, pastas.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12 ° C
