Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut 375ml

Champagne Bollinger Brut Special Cuvée is the symbol of a long tradition beginning in 1911, when a British seller of the house already known Bollinger decided to make a suggestion on the name of this wine, entry level range of the prestigious Bollinger; he thought that '' brut sans année '' does not fit with the prestige of champagne and for this reason he proposed the word '' Special '', written just English. And so it was. The wine is, of course, its origins in the Champagne region, in northeastern France, where 160 hectares of Bollinger maison provide the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, which are skilfully combined to the Champagne Brut Special production Cuvée Bollinger. The qualitative characteristic that distinguishes it from other champagne "signed" is without doubt the perfect combination of a small percentage of vintage wines and a prevalence of reserve wines that are used in this cuvee. This practice is usually reserved for champagne, high-end. The sparkling process takes place according to the strict rules of the Champenoise method, known in Italy as Classical method, which involves the fermentation in the bottle, which is then followed dall'affinamento of the organoleptic characteristics of the sparkling wine on its lees for a period equal to about 36 months: really valuable time and essential in terms of the quality of the finished product and really long than required by the regulations and what has been proposed by many other fashion houses. This champagne is a wine of extraordinary elegance and wealth, enjoyable and fulfilling. Its freshness strikes and makes it particularly attractive to be tasted again and again .... There is no shortage of structure, but in a perfect balance, it is really fragrant. An excellent aperitif, but not only ...

Bollinger Cuvée Brut 375ml

I bought the Bollinger wine online.
Very light flavour. Mixed aromas of yeast and bakery. This sparkling is a bit acidic. It depends on your taste.
