TASTING NOTES OF Bollinger Brut Rosé 2006:
- View: pink, salmon reflections and fine bubbles, a nice string of bubbles.
- Nose: aromas of strawberry and cream.
- Mouth: Round, charming, expressive, fruit pastes and honey. Final marked with blood orange and fruit.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir (72%) and Chardonnay (28%).
PAIRING: as an aperitif, with a whole meal.
TEMPERATURE: 10 °C
