Reviews of Ayala Blanc de Blancs 2013
Has a strong colour. Good yeast aromas enhance a wine's bouquet. Very good acidity of this Champagne.
Ayala Blanc de Blanc 2007
I'd like to try it with a carpaccio.
I have found it rather boring.
