The grapes for Fèvre Chablis are in fact coming from only one plot. It is a vineyard on the hills at some Grands Crus on, with a southwest oriëtatie to the sun. The soil here is indeed exceptionally rich in minerals and fossil limestone. And let gratefully translate the taste of the wine that clearly distinguishes his namesakes. William Fevre Chablis from a flawless Chablis with the distinctive influences of marl and limestone soil of the region. In addition to a sophisticated mineraligheid, an impressive vitality, ripe citrus tones and a touch of cream. This is a great chablis wine that deserves a place on the table alongside fish, soft cheeses and seafood.
