- Nose: very fresh aroma, characterized by hints of citrus, lemon, lime and orange.
- Mouth: Rich and well balanced in its acidity. It is a young wine, which closed with a good finish, very clean.
VINEYARD: The winery was founded in 1923, the municipality of French Burgundy. In fact, farmers in the area to counter the difficult economic situation, decided to unite under the leadership of Abbé guide Balitrand to cooperate in order to sell the products of their land together.
