Gerard Tremblay Chablis 375ml 2018 (Chardonnay)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Straw yellow with green highlights.
- Nose: Intense aromas of ripe fruit, orange zest, with floral tones, mineral and balsamic.
- Mouth: Body expressive, mineral, dry, round, intense and citric. With flavors of ripe fruit and acid tones. dry, elegant finish.
VINEYARD: Domain Gerard Tremblay.
GRAPES: Chablis.
AGEING: 4 months in stainless steel casks on its lees.
DEVELOPMENT: The grapes are harvested by hand, then be pressed to get the juice wine. After a short steeping process, the wine is fermented at controlled temperatures of 15 °C in stainless steel barrels, with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine is clarified and filtered before being bottled.
PAIRING: White meat, seafood, rice, salads, fruit desserts.
TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
