Domaine William Fevre Chablis 2014

On the nose cavort teen-mineral flavors. Besides, very fragrant with elegant citrus and vanilla notes. Very complex, perfectly balanced fruit and fine mineral with slim structure, harmonious finale with well balanced Säure.Stephen Tanzer, columnist at Food & Wine and author of the INTERNATIONAL WINE CELLAR writes about the Chablis AOC of William Fèvre: 'A very serious wine with village sneaky back-end persistence. Domaine William Fevre Chablis 2014

A wine to celebrate with friends.
An elegant Burgundy but with a very deep dense colour. The aromas of white flowers dominate. I think it was a little bit salty.
I recommend it with marinated sardines.

Domaine William Fevre Chablis 2014

The grapes for Fèvre Chablis are in fact derived from only a single plot. It is a vineyard on the hills at some Grands Crus in, with a southwestern oriëtatie to the sun. The soil here is indeed exceptionally rich in minerals and fossil limestone. And that leaves gratefully translated into the taste of the wine that clearly distinguishes it from its namesakes. Chablis William Fevre Chablis is flawless with the distinctive influences of marl and limestone soils of the region. In addition to a sophisticated mineraligheid, an impressive vitality, ripe citrus tones and a touch of cream. This Chablis is a great wine that deserves a place on the table next to fish, soft cheeses and seafood.

It is not easy to find in a supermarket.
It has a light yellow colour. The Domaine William Fevre Chablis shows exotic floral hints of jasmine. It left a long taste.

William Fevre Chablis 2015
It can be found in some gourmet shops.
I especially liked the colour. This William Fevre has aromas of pear and banana. A typical Burgundy wine, aromatic, fresh and light.
