TASTING NOTES:

  • View: beautiful yellow, green reflections.
  • Nose: open nose with hints of exotic fruits.
  • Mouth: powerful body and a balanced acidity.

APPELLATION: Chablis.

VINEYARD: limestone floors, Kimmeridgian (arciloso and chalky). Altitude of between 130 and 190 meters.

GRAPES: Chardonnay.

Aging: Aged on lees, light filtration. Prodcutos without using animal.

PREPARATION: pneumatic pressing, gravity filling, thermoregulation of the tanks, stainless steel tanks.

PAIRING: cakes, hard cheeses, white meats, sausage dishes like the famous ham with Chablis or barbecue.
