Gerard Tremblay Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir Domaine Tremblay 2017 (Chardonnay)

APPELLATION: Chablis Grand Cru.
VINEYARD: Gerard Tremblay.
AGEING: 6 months in stainless steel barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested manually. maceration is done in cold grapes for a period of 4 hours. After gentle crushing the must is fermented at controlled temperatures of 16 to 18 ° C, for a period of 25 days. The wine is allowed to rest on its lees in stainless steel casks for a period of 6 months. Finally, the wine is bottled.
