Reviews of other vintages of Château de Cérons Liquoreux 20112007

2007 - Non contractual picture. The Castle of Cérons 2007 was full of finesse, with great aromatic purity, exotic fruits and citrus, this wine is marked by harmony. It is balanced and harmonious whole. This wine reveals a rich botrytis type with noble bitterness in the finish. Domaine Château de Cérons: Cérons Castle is a wine Chartreuse built in the late seventeenth century on a terrace overlooking the Garonne. At the heart of the village Cérons in the Graves region, surrounded by tall stone walls, the Castle faces the beautiful 12th century church. Xavier and Caroline Perromat took over the management of the family property in 2012. They work for Challenge to produce the best quality of the wines produced in one of the most confidential and former name of Bordeaux, Cérons. The estate consists of 26 hectares of vines planted on the gravel plateau limestone subsoil which dominates the town. This soil, soil and unique climate offers the privilege of producing wines of three colors: red Graves dry white Graves and Cérons, wines of Bordeaux's Golden. The Castle of Cérons is registered as historical monuments.
