- Nose: aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and soft herbal notes typical of the variety.
- Mouth: vibrant, smooth creaminess, with excellent fruit, a refreshing and lively acidity.
APPELLATION: Central Valley.
GRAPES: 100% Sauvignon blanc.
PREPARATION: Harvest in the first week of March. Vinification for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
WINE PAIRING: goat cheese, fresh seafood, salads, light fish or ceviche.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-10ºC
