  • Nose: The nose is a rare elegance and smells of oak. The bouquet exhales fruity aromas composed of citrus notes, blackberry and cassis.
  • Mouth: Always elegant in the mouth, we can distinguish a note spiced with black pepper. In the exquisite taste fruity tannins adds a subtle hint of clove.

APPELLATION: Central Valley

VINEYARD: This wine comes from the winery Miguel Torres Chile. The Torres family wine business began with 100 hectares located near the Andes. Over the years, the family acquired about 400 hectares of vineyards spread over several locations and exposed to highly variable climate. This climate has encouraged the cultivation of several grape varieties, enabling the development of boutique wines and strongly marked by regional traditions.

AGEING: The Santa Digna Carmenere Reserva 2017 is aged in French oak barrels.

I like sharing this red Central Valley with someone special.
It had an intense colour. I would highlight the aromas of tobacco. Not the sweetest wine, but kind of.
This Central Valley accompanied us while waiting for food.
