TASTING NOTES:

• View: light straw yellow.
• Nose: a complex and aromatic ripe peach, quince, creamy vanilla and an intriguing touch of Turkish delight aroma.
• Mouth: dry freshness perfectly balanced, intense notes of grapefruit, pepper, ginger and wild mint and a long, spicy finish.

APPELLATION: Sterea Ellada.

VINEYARD: Name: Plataies located in Plataea, a small village at the foot of the mountain Kitheronas, in central Greece. The vineyard is situated at an altitude of 250 to 320 meters and during the autumn and winter, mountains of fresh air blowing from the mountains, bringing dew that cools the vineyard with a crucial humidity. Cold winters, hot summers and dry autumns long and combined with long periods of sunshine to allow the grapes to reach excellent maturity and complexity.
