We had it with cake.
I bought a box of Torelló Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2006 in my usual wine shop.
In Cava is the best I've tasted.
Good colour. The end reminded me the bakery flavours. I don't know how to describe it, but to me it had a good taste.
The combination of this Torello Gran Reserva Brut Nature and meat did not seem appropriate, best pair it with fish.
