TASTING NOTES OF Perelada Brut Rosé:
- View: cherry red, pale, clean, bright, fine bubbles and persistent
- Nose: clean, fruity aromas and notes of parenting.
- Mouth: complex, fruity, smooth and balanced.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir, Trepat, Garnacha Tinta.
AGEING: Aged for 12 months in the cellars.
TEMPERATURE: 6 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%
Castillo de Perelada is located in the northeastern corner of Catalonia, in the province of Girona. The production area includes 40 municipalities and covers the slopes of the Sierras de Rodes and the Albera, describing an arc from Cape Creus to call d'Emporda Garrotxa.More about the Winery
