Pere Ventura Maria del Mar Gran Reserva (Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay and Parellada)
- View: bright golden color with sparkling reflections.
- Nose: Intense aromas of ripe fruits and citrus, with hints of herbs, minerals and vanilla.
- Mouth: Body creamy, foaming, light, citric, balanced with good acidity. Flavors of ripe fruit. citrus and sparkling finish.
APPELLATION: Penedes.VINEYARD: Pere Ventura.GRAPES: Xarel·lo, Chardonnay.
AGEING: 36 months in stainless steel casks on its lees.PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to a stabilization process cold. fermentation is performed at controlled temperatures of 15 to 18 °C, for a period of 10 days. During this process, selected yeasts are added. The wine is aged for a period of 36 months in stainless steel barrels. After this process, bottled and subjected to a second fermentation, with the addition of residual sugars. This second fermentation gives the sparkling wine has character.
