Description of Pere Ventura Cuvee Especial Brut
Pere Ventura Cuvee Especial Brut (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: bright golden color, fine, frothy bubbles.
- Nose: aromas of green apple and white peach crisp.
- Mouth: hints of lemon balm and toasted brioche.
APPELLATION: Cava.
VINEYARD: training vineyard trellis system. Pruning system: Cordon training stimulus Royat. The vines of 15 to 20 years are situated at an altitude of 340 m deep and calcareous soils. Planted at a density of between 2.200 and 2,500 vines per hectare
GRAPES: Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada.
AGEING: Aged for a minimum of 18 months in the cold cellars Pere Ventura.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish and savory pastries, also with pasta or white meat.
ALCOHOL: 11.5%
