From Castelo de Pedregosa it is the best I've drunk.
Has a strong colour. Aromas of yeast fermentation. This Cava tasted like what it has to be, that is grapes.
A with a nice colour. Very yeasty and biscuity on the nose. This is what is called a fleshy wine.
