Parxet Brut Nature 375ml (Macabeo, Pansa Blanca and Parellada)
Golden yellow with green ash, low fine persistent bubble in contrast to its strong tendency to form mousse. Half nose, delicate and fresh that gives ripe notes of apple sauce very light, well margaritas. The palate is very dry, light, well balanced and well-integrated carbon, is not aggressive but rather simple and flat. Of final medium and low persistence.
WINEMAKING: Handpicked whole grape pressing and fermentation at low temperature can achieve the necessary base for mixing wine properly, then do the printing and aged for a minimum of two years.
AGEING: 24 months in bottle.
GRAPES: 40% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo and 30% Parellada.
How to serve
Since 1920, Parxet has been producing cava in the Alella region north of Barcelona, home of the Pansa Blanca grape variety and the granite based Sauló soils.
