Parxet Brut Nature 2015 (Macabeu, Pansa Blanca and Parellada)
- View: Straw yellow with some green hues.
- Nose: citrus and dried fruits, with a hint of green apple and freshly cut grass. The background is mineral.
- Mouth: In the mouth is refreshing and unctuous step, making it easy to drink. An explosion of brutal flavors that stands out, with a very long and pleasant finish.
GRAPES: Macabeo, Parellada and Pensal Blanca.
AGEING: In stainless steel tanks and bottled.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and selected. Then they destemmed, macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for about a few months, temperature regulated. It is clarifying and bottling is finished but before selling it should be left in the bottle one month more.
PAIRING: White meat, seafood, salads, rice, fresh cheeses, pastas.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 ° C
