Made from Chardonnay alongside other complementary varieties that allow us to modulate the character of each vintage.
We are trying to extract each variety according to add the necessary characteristics by different production of base wine fermentations combining stainless, oak, macerations ,. . . , And then apply rigorously Méthode Traditionnelle Champenoise with optimal breeding period as each vintage. Cava, like all wines, has an optimum period of consumption. For our cavas, this period ranges from 18 to 24 months from the time of disgorgement, depending on the type of cava. As a general rule, the longer aging cellars in rhyme also enjoy a longer period of optimal consumption.
