Mestres Clos Nostre Senyor Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2010 (Chardonnay, Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
- View: bright golden yellow. It has a very fine and good evolution in the glass bubble.
- Nose: notes stand out from its time in oak; odor it is perceived fine pastry, cocoa, dried fruit, raisin and fig bread. Its aromatic group is very elegant, very white perfume ripe fruit with hints of yellow fruit and citrus intermingled with floral fragrance is perceived. AGEING: This type of wine aging process is long. In the first fermentation, raising the base wine it is made in chestnut barrels on its lees for ten months.
