Mas Sardana Cava Brut Nature Massard (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
TASTING NOTES OF Mas Sardana Cava Brut Nature Massard:
- View: bright golden, green hues and threads of fine bubbles.
- Nose: fresh and inviting nose, Bramley apples with a hint of biscuit.
- Mouth: citrus flavors, hazelnut with an almost creamy texture.
APPELLATION: Cava.
GRAPES: 50% Xarel.lo, 25% & 25% Macabeo Parellada.
AGEING: at least 12 months on the lees.
PREPARATION: secondary fermentation in the bottle. Fermentation time: 30 days. Temperature: 16 °C.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%
