L'O de l'Origan Brut Nature (Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay)
L'Oregano Cava is the name of the winery in Sant Sadurní Coty Gaston d'Anoia, a cellar with nearly a thousand square meters underground, vaulted ceilings, and the oldest in the city center of the capital of champagne, built in 1906, the same year that François Coty, the creator of modern perfumery, introduced its revolutionary fragrance L'Oregano. From this naturally gloom with a stable temperature between 18 and 20 degrees, without noise or vibration, Manuel Martinez, a professional with a long experience in the world of wine and cava, with the help of his son Charles, serves cellars author, for the preparation of which have recovered ancient methods of breeding and processing. Different L'Or de L'Oregano (Brut Nature and Rosé) are obtained by assembling cellars of wines from different vintages, some of which have been fermented in barrel and wood have been stored and aged in magnum bottles. Aged for 26-30 months in bottle in underground cellars.
