Lacrima Baccus Brut Reserva 2017 (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
- View: Bright straw yellow; fine and well integrated bubbles; soft and delicate texture.
- Nose: Fruity notes of banana, pineapple, white flowers and citrus, with touches of pastry and yeast.
- Mouth: Very pleasant and sweet, balanced and fresh.

VINEYARD: Lacrima Baccus.
GRAPES: Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada.
PREPARATION: Each variety is fermented separately. Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed, cooled and pneumatically pressed; the must is selected and clarified in gravity; followed by alcoholic fermentation, racking and blending of the wines; subsequently, we move on to the clarification, stabilization and final filtration phases; second fermentation in the bottle.
PAIRING: Perfect as an accompaniment to Japanese cuisine (tofu, seaweed, sushi and sashimi), sheep's cheese, fish, seafood, paella, turkey, lamb and foie gras.
