Kripta 2010 (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
- View: Straw yellow with golden highlights.
- Nose: aroma of ripe fruit with notes of vanilla and light shades with a balsamic roasted and smoked background giving complexity.
- Mouth: Silky taste with notes of vanilla, truffle, ripe fruit and toasted. It has a long and complex finish that makes nose smells reappear on the palate.
APPELLATION: Catalonia, Spain.
VINEYARD: Agusti Torello Mata.
GRAPES: 45% Macabeo, 20% Xarel.lo, 35% Parellada.
AGEING: 48 months aging.
PREPARATION: is made in the traditional way to get the best results. No addition of liquor expedition, so it rests in silence of the cellars and the cork for a while.
PAIRING: can be served with cod fish stew, sushi, oysters, caviar, appetizers and cheeses.
