STAY IN BARRELS: Rest for at least three years.
GRAPES: 45% Macabeo, 23% Xarel.lo and 32% Parellada
Optimal consumption: We suggest serving at a temperature of 7 °C, accompanied by dishes such as fish, meat and cheeses.
