Juvé y Camps Reserva de la Familia Magnum 2016 (Chardonnay, Macabeo, Macabeu, Parellada and Xarel·lo)

TASTING NOTES:

View: pale golden color, fine bubble.
Nose: Intense with notes of white fruits such as pear and melon, citrus fruits, honey, nuts and freshly baked bread.
Mouth: Pleasant taste, well integrated with notes of citrus fruits and fresh flowers.

APPELLATION: Cava (Spain).

VINEYARD: Juve y Camps.

GRAPES: Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello.

AGEING: Madura for 36 months in the bottle.

PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested manually and once in the cellar they are cold macerated in stainless steel tanks and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
