The history of Juvé & Camps, a great Spanish producer of cava and wine, goes back more than two centuries to 1796. To ensure the purest expression of each fruit is achieved, the grapes are grown in vineyards that were specially selected for each variety. This star in the Penedès region uses its own system of caves, with six levels of tunnels dug deep underground, to age its wines at stable temperatures.
Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia is one of the most well-known cavas produced by the company. It uses the three traditional varieties of grape to make up the blend, with 55% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabeo, and 10% Parellada. After an average of 36 months spent ageing in the bottle, in the Juvé & Camps wine caves, the bright, pale gold sparkling wine is ready to be enjoyed. An abundant display of tiny bubbles brings an elegance and joy to the glass in which this flavourful, traditional cava sits waiting.
The depth of flavour from its extended ageing make this distinguished Brut cava a favourite that you will keep coming back to. The characteristic creaminess of Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia makes it the perfect accompaniment for lighter dishes, such as rice, pasta, cheese, and seafood. The expressive bubbles make it the perfect pairing for any celebration.
