Gran Juvé & Camps 2009 (Chardonnay, Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
Cava of maintaining expressive golden pale tones, despite its long aging. Its splendid effervescence generates multiple strands of ephemeral bubbles rising to the surface to form a stable crown. Its aroma is penetrating, complex, cheerful and very fresh. We are facing a surprising Cava, because, despite being a Gran Reserva, retains a huge freshness in which clear notes of white flowers and fleshy fruits are distinguished. Its complexity grows progressively and will soon appear light and toasted honey background. Once in the mouth, it is intense, evocative and extremely pleasant. Its effervescence gently caresses our palate, showing all the creaminess of its foam. Unctuous and persistent, goodbye leaving the memory of his deep and delicate aromas.
Pairing: Particularly suitable for taking it with second courses, with body and flavor, such as roasts, round of beef with mushrooms, vegetables with lobster cannelloni, also not very sweet desserts.

Juvé y Camps
The winery Juvé i Camps opened in 1921, which sold its first sparkling wine under the "Juve". The winery is due to the union of Juve i Baqués Joan and Teresa Ferrer i Camps and now produces wines and sparkling wines as recognized as: Casa Vella D'Espiells, Ermita D'Espiells, La Miranda d'Espiells, Juve y Camps thousandth, Juve Great Camps, Reserva de La Familia Juve y Camps.
