Elaboration of Gramona Impérial Brut Gran Reserva 2008
Gramona Impérial Brut Gran Reserva 2008 (Chardonnay, Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
- View: Gramona Gran Reserva 2008 has a waxy bright yellow color with golden sparkles; persistent and deliberate column rosaries consist of carbon fine.
- Nariz: Expressive aromatic intensity becomes more complex as the Brut Cava Gramona Imperial Gran Reserva 2008 is taking temperature; fruit freshness sensations, memories of stewed apple, honey-toned notes and fine pastries. In a second evaluation will appreciate appreciate balsamic notes of anise, aromatic herbaceous withered with complex notes of parenting.
- Boca: Very good offense, fresh, tasty and very sweet, with a wide step, enveloping and after feeling like carbon thin melts on the palate, extremely expressive, with a slightly sweet note; good length, with bright, crisp acidity; persistent, creamy, with a hint of citrus, nasal challenge of stewed fruit and toast notes end. Good structure.
GRAPES: Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel·lo,

Nice colour. Delicious aromas of yeast and bakery. It wasn't at its optimal service temperature, it would have tasted better if so.
