TASTING NOTES :
- View: Gramona III Lustros Gran Reserva 2005 is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Clear and bright , fine bubble exhibits slow ascent .
- Nose: Displays a delicate nose , harmonious and elegant. Emphasize fine aromas of ripe white fruits , dried white flowers , some citrus notes , along with intense notes of his own upbringing , smoked, roasted and memories fine bakery and pastry , butter , nuts , dairy glimpses ... very interesting nose .
- Mouth: The palate has a soft entry , intense and fresh. Make a route marked by an appealing creaminess , with nicely integrated carbon , surround with many fruity , citrus and ripe stone white , hints of yeast . Notable acidity , deep and defined . Long and persistent . Leave after passing pleasant notes of citrus , smoky , balsamic , bitter and let certain notes of toast. Deliciously complex and easily at a time.

DEVELOPMENT : A blend of 70 % Xarello , grape lengthy hold up to aging times (like 5 or 6 years remaining in the silence of the WINERY ) , adds body , freshness and character and 30 % Macabeo which provides aromatic capacity and structure.
